Air Transportation 
We are pleased to offer round-trip extra legroom economy seating air travel for you and your guest. If you have not already begun booking your air travel, please provide the required details during the registration process. Once your registration is complete, it will be sent to the air team for processing. The air team will reach out to you via email within 72 business hours to confirm your travel itinerary. Upon receipt of confirmation of your travel from the air team, please respond with final approval within 3 business days. First-class tickets and upgraded seating can be arranged at your expense.

Travelers departing from the West Coast or those that will experience extended flight times into St. Kitts, will have the option to depart their home city on Friday, April 24, and overnight in Miami.

Pre-approval for entry into St. Kitts and Nevis is no longer required, and all unvaccinated and vaccinated travelers are welcome to enter the Federation. However, travelers are required to complete and submit an online customs and immigration form before arrival.

Please Note: Any cost resulting from flight changes after reservation completion will be at your expense. 

Ground Transportation 
Ground transportation will be provided between Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (SKB) and the Nevi Four Seasons Resort on the event arrival and departure dates.  The transfers will include a shuttle ride from the airport to the water taxi dock and a short water taxi ride to the Four Seasons arrival dock.

You will be greeted inside baggage claim by a travel staff member holding a Tarsus logo sign, assist with luggage and escorted to your awaiting transportation for the drive to the water taxi dock.
 
You will be responsible for your transportation to and from your local airport.
Transportation is provided for all sponsored activities during the Tarsus Polarus Elite 2025 Trip.
